Jack Dangermond 氏について
Jack Dangermond （ジャック デンジャモンド）氏は、ハーバード大学で景観建築に関する修士号を取得後、地元レッドランズに戻り、1969年にEsri 社を設立しました。地図とデータを融合した新たな分析のフレームワークを提供することにより、世界をより深く理解し、またより良い未来をデザインすることが可能になる、という確信を抱いてのことです。Esri 社の創業者、また代表取締役としてDangermond 氏は、強力なリーダーシップと理念の元、人々が、より確かな洞察に基づいた合理的な意思決定を行うために、また、あらゆる面で生活の質をより向上させていくために、GIS のテクノロジーを革新し続けています。
